Challenge
Enquiries arrived from Instagram DMs, the website form and WhatsApp — three inboxes and no system behind them. Someone had to copy details into a spreadsheet, remember to reply, and remember to follow up again two days later. In sale season, leads went cold before anyone answered.

We mapped the journey from first enquiry to first order — capture, qualify, follow up, hand over to a human — then replaced the manual steps with an automation layer built on the tools the team already used: WhatsApp, web forms, a spreadsheet turned CRM, and email.
